Raisina dialogue 2025: PM Modi to address global leaders at March 17 opening

The leading think-tank Observer Research Foundation (ORF) together with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) hosts the Raisina Dialogue which is being conducted.

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon of New Zealand together with foreign ministers Andrii Sybiha from Ukraine and Tulsi Gabbard as US Director of National Intelligence will participate in the 10th edition of the conference.

The presence of a security official delegation from Taiwan at the discussions represents a new historic development which demonstrates increasing bilateral cooperation between the two sides during recent years according to people with knowledge about the matter. The Observer Research Foundation supports the Raisina Dialogue with its leading think-tank status together with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). A total of 125 countries through ministers and heads of state will send representatives along with military commanders and academic experts who are scholars at leading think tanks and heads of government and former heads of state while journalists and technology leaders from industry heads make up the large group of delegates at this event according to the MEA on Sunday.

The attendance at the conference includes both Cuban Deputy Prime Minister Martinez Diaz and Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Enrique A Manalo. The main focus of this Dialogue edition centers on "Kalachakra - People, Peace and Planet" as its central theme. Decision-makers together with thought leaders of the world will participate in six thematic pillars through multiple engagement formats during a three-day conference. Multiple sessions at the Conference will enable participants to evaluate current world affairs and identify potential collaborations on modern challenges. Based on information from the MEA thousands of participants coming from 125 different countries will engage in dialogues in person at the event.
